I have been with this surgery for many years. The reception is well-organised and the surroundings are comfortable. The GPs' support team is excellent - particularly the practice nurse and the sister who takes the blood samples.

The only downside to this doctors surgery is that you have got to phone up on the day at 8.30 to get an on the day appointment even though they are booked for that day.Dont make sense.

On Thursday 16 October I had an appointment with Dr Bhatia for my 6 monthly prescription review and despite a UK-wide breakdown of the computing system Dr Bhatia and her staff remained calm and friendly as usual. A visit to the surgery is made pleasant due to the clever interior design and exquisite prints displayed on the walls.

The whole experience of going to Broad Lane Surgery is pleasant since the surgery is very light and fresh and more important kept clean as well as providing a source of information on various help groups and illnesses. The staff add to the experience since they are always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
